Loyalty Program Policy

Earning Points
Customers earn loyalty points for eligible purchases made online or in-store. Points are calculated based on the subtotal before tax and shipping.

Redeeming Points
Loyalty points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• Points can be used on regularly priced items and SALE items marked with a markdown price (e.g., end-of-season or clearance).

• Points cannot be redeemed during in-store promotional sales or events where an additional temporary discount is applied at checkout (e.g., 25% off entire store promotions).

• Points cannot be combined with other discount codes or special offers.

Expiration & Limitations

• Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.

• Loyalty points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Changes to the Program
FERA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the loyalty program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
