Refund Policy
Online Domestic Policy
To qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange, products must meet the following criteria:
Customer Account Return
- Customers must submit a return request through the provided Customer Account Return
Condition of Return
- Items must be unworn, unused, and have the original tags attached and intact.
- Tags must not be removed, reattached, taped, or altered in any way.
- Items returned without tags will not qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is sent back without meeting the requirements, the customer will need to pay for return shipping to have the item sent back to them.
Notification Period
- Customers must submit a return request through the Customer Account Return within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers must cover the cost of return shipping.
- You will receive an email with your return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund once we receive the item.
- Tracking information must be provided for all returns, as FERA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Final Sale Policy
- All SALE items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items discounted through promotional sales at checkout are eligible for returns under our return policy.
